At WEXLY & CO, we are committed to ensuring the quality and integrity of our handcrafted perfumes. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain the following return and exchange policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

  • Due to hygienic and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any fragrance or body product once sold or opened.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your product is damaged or defective at the time of in-store purchase or pickup, please notify a staff member immediately.

  • We will offer a replacement of the same item or a store credit, subject to manager approval and product inspection at the time of transaction.

3. Product Satisfaction

  • We encourage customers to sample our fragrances in-store before purchasing to ensure satisfaction.

  • Our trained staff is available to assist with scent selection and answer any questions regarding ingredients or formulations.

4. Exceptions

  • No exceptions will be made for change-of-mind, personal preference, or allergic reactions after purchase.
