One of, if not the best, market and niche grocery store in Tucson, Arizona is Time Market. They make so many things themselves: bread, cheese, pickles, cookies, and more. They're one of my favorite lunch spots and my go to spot for specialty cheese.
My favorite part about time market isn't a product they offer; it's they're ambiance. Part of this ambiance are citrus trees on the west side of the building that whenever I pass on my way in, I'm obligated to smell. It's now a tradition. Another tradition are their chocolate chip cookies.
Blossoms at Time is my rendition of citrus blossoms outside of Time Market. I have other accords in the dry down to remind me of Time's cookies, which contain aroma-ingredients like sandalwood and vanillin.
